BC Universe will do it’s best to provide accurate descriptions on all products. Certain weights, measurements and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. All features, content, specifications, products, and price of products and services described or depicted on BC Universe, are subject to change at any time without notice. BC Universe will not warrant that product descriptions, quantities in stock, prices, or other contents of the product as accurate, reliable, or current. If a product is not described by the site as received, please contact our customer services.
Pricing & Promotions

Our website accepts all major credit cards and PayPal as acceptable methods of payment. All prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Our prices are based from current market activity to provide you with a very competitive and reasonable pricing.

Sometimes we will temporarily discount a product's price or run promotions on certain product lines. These changes are time-sensitive and BC Universe reserves the right to end a promotion at any time. Orders placed before a sale begins or after the expiration will not be eligible for the promotional rate.

Preorders & Restocks

Many times we offer products for sale before they are released by the manufacturer or when we are waiting for more product to fill orders. If you purchase one of these items, payment is required at the time the order is placed. If there are other items on the order, we will not ship the entire order until the preorder product comes out. If an item says preorder in the title, it means the item is not yet available and we are taking advance orders. The quantity available and 'In Stock' notations displays the amount we have left based on our current order with the supplier. We will always attempt to fill each and every order. For reasons beyond our control delays, augmentations, or cancellations may be necessary. If we need to cancel an order we will email the customer, but are under no obligation to obtain permission or acknowledgement, prior to cancellation. As with "Out of Stocks", there may be times we don't get our full order. Orders will be filled in the order received and the remaining will be put on hold awaiting the next restock.

In situations where manufacturers release product in waves or partial quantities we will ship the oldest pre-orders first. Orders ship in the order that they are placed, i.e. oldest orders are shipped first.

Out of Stocks

If an item is out of stock on your order, we will refund your account for the item and ship the rest of the order. There are exceptions when we know an item will be restocked shortly, in which case we will hold the order and ship it in its entirety as soon as that item is back in stock. We will contact you and let you know about this.

U.S. Payment Options

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. For the safety and security of consumers and card holders, we may require to contact you for verification before the order is processed and ship for large or even moderate credit card orders.

Paypal: Paypal payments can be be paid directly through our checkout. IMPORTANT: Please make sure your shipping address matches with the Paypal shipping address you choose. We will ONLY ship to your Paypal address.

Cash and Checks: We will NOT accept cash and check payments. 

Sales Tax

- All State of California orders are subject to 8.25% sales tax.

International Payment Options

- Must be received in United States Dollars (USD).

Credit Card: Due the difficulty of International Credit Card verification, we will not accept international credit cards without a one-time verification check. Please expect a delay of 3-7 days for this verfication check.  Upon receiving your order, we will contact you with our verification procedure.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping cost: Shipping & handling charges depend on the size, weight and number of items comprising the shipment, and will be displayed on the Checkout page before you are asked for your payment information

Transit Companies: We currently ship out all of our orders via United States Postal Service though we are currently negotiating with other carriers to bring you more options and the best deals on shipping.  

Transit Times: We strive to ship out all orders within 1 - 2 business days. Orders placed Friday and over the weekend will be processed the following Monday. We reserve the right to request signature delivery on any order. Our warehouse is located in Phoenix, Arizona and transit time varies based on destination. Our checkout process shows an estimated transit time for USPS Priority Domestic Mail. The estimated time shown does not include processing times in both our warehouse and USPS warehousing facilities during the transit process.

Tracking Information: Shipping confirmation will be emailed to customers at the end of each business day. The tracking number associated to the order will be attached to the order within 24 hours from time of shipment. Only orders for customers that have a registered account with us are able to view their tracking number from the customer account page.

International Shipping:  Our international shipping is based on the total weight of your order. You will need to fill up your shopping cart on our website and proceed to checkout for a real-time shipping quote. We use the United States Postal Service (usps.com) for all of our international shipping. The two options we offer is International First Class Mail (available for orders under 3 lbs.) and Priority International Mail (available on all international orders).

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns based on the following conditions: We must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please contact by emailing us at customerservice@bcuniverse.com to request a Return Merchandise Number.  You must include this number with a return to receive a refund or credit. All merchandise must be in the exact same condition as it was sent. If the product have been opened, tampered with, played with, broken, or altered in any fashion we will be unable to accept your claim. If the return is due to an error by our company, we will accept full responsibility for all shipping and replacement costs. If the return is not due to an error by our company, we will refund you the amount of the product(s) only and not for the shipping costs related to the items returned.

We recommend that you insure your shipment and ask that you package all items carefully to insure safe shipping by the carrier provider. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen package returned to us, so we recommend that you use a confirmation service to track the package. Upon receiving your returns, a manager will inspect and issue a refund. Refunds are normally issued 3 - 5 days after the returns are received.

Cancelations
Please e-mail customerservice@bcuniverse.com if you would like to cancel an order. For orders that have not been “Shipped”, we will cancel your order and if your order has been paid for, we will issue a refund. Please allow 3 - 5 days for refund to be issued. For orders that have been “Shipped”, please refuse the package upon delivery for the package to be returned to us. When your order is returned to us, we will consider the order as “Returns” and refund you for the products returned and not the shipping costs related to the order.
*BC Universe reserves the right to cancel any order without notice. All cancelations will be refunded in full.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages
Although these situations rarely occur, they are uncontrollable by BC Universe’s supervision once the package is handled by the selected couriers. We trust our couriers to deliver packages promptly and safely, however we will still package and handle orders with care and concern. Our couriers provide services to protect against lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For peace of mind and safety, we suggest you select the proper services which provide insurance. With insurance, should your package be deemed to be any of the above situations by a manager and not tracked as “delivered” by the courier, if available at that time, we will be able to reissue another order of the same products. If using an untraceable and uninsured method, it is under that customers’ understanding that they are taking the risk and chance of a lost, stolen, or damage package and that BC Universe will not be held liable to replace, reship, or refund for package. If your package is traced as “delivered” and no one at the destination has received the package, please contact your nearest courier to report the problem.

BC Universe is pleased to offer this mechanism for sharing your comments with other gamers, and we thank you for your participation!

We'd like to ask reviewers to follow these guidelines when writing reviews:

  1. Please focus your review on the game itself, and avoid writing reviews which focus solely on the designer or manufacturer. Also, please do not submit reviews less than 50 words in length -- we'd like to know whether you like or dislike the game, and why. Do feel free to mention other games that share similarities to this one, and to draw comparisons to them.
  2. We also ask that you not include the following in your review, or we will be unable to post your comments:
    • oFoul or otherwise offensive language.
    • oSpiteful remarks.
    • oEmail addresses, URLs, and phone numbers.
    • oPrices, availability, or alternate sources.
  3. Since the content of the page and positions of reviews on the page are subject to change, please avoid including commentary about other reviews or game descriptions seen on the page.
  4. You may include simple HTML in your review. However, all reviews will be formatted by the editors and HTML is usually removed (in favor of our standard formatting) unless it enhances the review without getting in the way.

    • If you would like to make a revision to a review you've already submitted, please write to us at customerservice@bcuniverse.com and we will be happy to append or adjust your original review.
    • oWe are happy to post negative reviews for a game, as we feel that customers should know everything they can about a game before purchase. However, reviewers attempting to falsely skew the average review score for a game by submitting multiple reviews will not be tolerated. Any abuse of the review system is unfair to everyone -- all submissions from any such individuals will be removed.
    • At this time, we can only print reviews submitted in English.

By submitting content you grant BC Universe a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to display that content on their website or promotional materials. You grant BC Universe the right to use the name that you submit in connection with your content, if they choose. You grant BC Universe the right but not the obligation to monitor and edit or remove any content you submit.
